Who we are looking for

I am looking for a business partner who is as passionate as I am about diversity, new work and perhaps sustainability.

A perfect match for me would be a person with talent, fun and experience in

IT - Development, Security
Finance and / or
Sales

As a co-founder, you would unfortunately still have to pay your own salary in the medium term - until we get funding. That may happen soon, I'm working on it! It would therefore also be alright if you cannot join us full time yet.

You are free to choose your work location. However, we meet in person once a quarter, currently in Munich.

I would also appreciate open and respectful communication. We will work together closely, and we will probably have to constantly improve ourselves in the process. I would like to build a great business together with you, it starts with the both of us.
